Absolutely fantastic service - Michelle was amazing in pressing the supplier to secure super-quick delivery of my last minute flooring purchase. I went into the shop 3 times beforehand, trying to decide what to choose, and everyone was super helpful. The little hidden play area for small kids is a fab idea (as is the lovely bathroom).
Andy and his team have been utterly fantastic helping me renovate my new flat. Having gone to them and a local big retailer (Tapi), they were not only quicker, more flexible on carrying out the work without me being there and easier to contact, but they were considerably cheaper. Their work has been the single biggest positive change to the flat, I could not recommend them enough to anyone in the local area (or even outside of). Thanks Andy & co!
Was recommended priory flooring as a family-run local and reputable flooring company and we were not disappointed. The service was exceptional- efficient, flexible, excellent results (we had a mix of carpet and LVT for an entire house), and great communication. Price was also competitive. Highly recommended!
Speedy response with Joe coming out to measure. Showroom has so much choice and no matter how many times we visited them to borrow carpet samples, they were always very helpful. Michelle was great, talked through colours and patterns and we were very pleased with end result. Getting something that looks good on a winding staircase wasn't easy! Thanks Team PC&F
