I have been with Priory for almost a month. So far, I have been very impressed. The carers are good & friendly. Timekeeping is very good. I had a few issues with the last company & was told about Priory. It has been a positive move & only wish I had knew about Priory before. I am very satisfied.

A really caring service. They care not only about the client but also the family. The carers are friendly, reliable, trustworthy and provide excellent level of care. Sheikh, the director is easily accessible and very helpful.
This agency were responsible for my grandmother's care from March to November 2024 as contracted by Croydon Adult Social Care. There was negligence from beginning to end from medication not being dispensed correctly to procedures around falls not being followed by staff or management, dangerous practice all-round. My family and I feel this company are all about the money over the quality of care - so disappointing and frustrating!
