We rented a flat managed by Priors for over 10 years, and they've always been excellent to deal with. Prompt communication with any issues, professional yet approachable, acting as a conduit between us and the landlord to find solutions/communicate any updates. We've moved out now to our own property, and they (especially Claire) made the transition easy in terms of wrapping up our end of tenancy. We cannot fault them and their excellent service - thanks Priors!
Over priced and shoddy service! I clean the outside and communal areas myself. Nothing good to say about them. We just been billed with £8000 each for new roof, due to neglect over the years. Can’t wait to get rid of the flat.

Managing agents often get a poor rap, so I am delighted to alter that perception. Paul Gibbs, a property manager at Priors, has 100% supported the sale of our flat. He has been responsive, friendly, communicative and helpful, and on one occasion even being pro-active by contacting the solicitor to clarify some leasehold issues. Genuinely appreciative of Paul's support and hope more people with managing agents might consider engaging with them and you might also find positive outcomes!
My Dad was having issues with the signal for his TV, he’s in his late 80’s and the TV provides a little entertainment for him, I contacted Paul at Priors Property Management, he was incredibly helpful and literally the next day a really nice chap popped out to see what the issue was, two days later, he returned and sorted everything for my Dad. Incredible service, I am totally impressed by the service given and the speed it was resolved.
