I try to be understanding of places or people when doing a rating, but man this time I wasn't satisfied. If I could do a no star I would. I went in for a schedule oil change appointment and asked them to replace my engine splash (provided by me) which they agreed to do. They would just charge me for a couple of bolts that needed to replace. They returned by car 2 and half hours later and $175.00, didn't even do a courtesy car wash, and left a piece of plastic hanging off.
