The service charge has nearly tribeled in a year mine has gone up from £425 to over £1.000 per quarter with no notice??
Rented from Asib for years, never had any issues, down to earth and very real whilst keeping professional, currently in my second rented home with Asib, I know if I had any issues they would be resolved quickly and efficiently
Asib and his team are awesome!!! I moved to Birmingham in 2020 and have rented two properties from Asib. Started with a small 1 bed and moved to a two bed spacious apartment. Asib being the owner is approachable, his staff are excellent. They are responsive to repair enquiries, transparent if they say they are going to improve something, they stick to their word.
Rented with them my last house and everything was so easy and professional. Invested in the property and they really valued the effort. Also they were very quick when needed to repair something in the house. Asib makes the difference and would rent/buy again with them in the future.
