One reception in particular is impossible to speak with, genuinely rude. I've been coming here for 26 years and was falsy reassured I'd be looked after in the event of pain or discomfort when my NHS dentist left due to an NHS dentist being upstairs. I've been both treated poorly and was unable to have any questions answered due to the women continuously loudly talking over me. They are terrible. Basically told me to go elsewhere or pay private. Reception is impossible to speak to and they are rude and genuinely unhelpful.
Always brilliant service from Rekha for myself and my children. Always gives very good advice & makes my children feel comfortable having their teeth checked. I had Julie today and she did a fantastic job cleaning my teeth, getting rid of old brace residue from years ago which had caused a line down one of my front teeth. Highly recommend.
I have been a patient for 60 years. Very please with the treatment I had with Anna.
