Terrible slow unresponsive
Not my solicitors but my sellers. We’ve had to chase repeatedly for responses to enquiries as they were not informing us of where they were in the process. I was given an average of 12 weeks from the start date of the case being opened to moving out. It has now been 16 weeks and I have to move out of my current place by the end of the month and still don’t even have all the enquires back to arrange a date of exchange.
