My experience with the Prince Chevrolet service department was very poor, after they had my NEW truck ALL DAY, I was told they couldn't figure out what the problem was.... so the 2nd time I had it in for the same unresolved issue... I was told they needed a special tool and it would be coming in the following week and I would receive a call as soon as it arrived.... this was 3 weeks ago. Still... The people there are extremely nice. Mr. Adam verified a lot of information about my truck for me. He is very pleasant to be around and can answer any question you may have (atlease for me he was). The tire tech (Chris) who done my alignment was very nice and was very voluntary to show me just how bad things had gotten :/. I will definitely be taking my vehicle back to them in the future. I absolutely love doing business with them.
My husband traveled 750 miles to Valdosta, GA and the fuel pump went out on the car! Prince Automotive was so helpful to get him in immediately so he could continue his travels to Florida. They towed the car in for it and fixed it along with a issue with the wheel. He couldn't get back to pick the car up until after hours so they made special accommodations for him!
