Getting warranty work done can be a struggle times but Allen and Prince Automotive goes above and beyond to make it less stressful. GM's policies may be struggling an unorthodox at times. But Allen goes above and beyond to make it less stressful and make you feel like one of the family. Don't go there for service on your vehicle. They neglected to put a part back in my vehicle and then broke another part and tried to fix it with electrical tape.

On our way home from Florida going to Canada our brand new car only Six weeks old broke down on I-75 just outside of Valdosta. Got towed to Prince GMC. Our compressor was shot, they had to order us a part and it came from Texas. We had to stay for a few days since it was Easter Weekend. The service department were wonderful, they helped us get a hotel and went out of their way for us. Thanks especially to Matt from service.
We had same day service at no charge as my car was under warranty. Thank you for fast professional courteous service.
