I had he BEST experience at Prince Automotive!!!! Everyone was so nice and caring. The service department, the salesmen, and the financial department, were awesome. I was dreading the entire process of purchasing a car, but Allen Garrett made the experience very smooth! He was honest and upfront about everything! Their motto, We do things differently here, is a true statement! I would recommend this dealership to anyone!

You can’t find a better dealership to work with. Prince treats you like family. I’ve purchased multiple vehicles over the years and have never had any issues. If you need anything go see Andy Swann or Will Rumley. They will take care of you.
Went to get my truck looked at told guy what I thought it was....he walked out came back in and stated “transmission guy is 3 weeks out”. Didn’t say anything else. Did not offer to look at it or schedule a time for 3 weeks later but suggested I drive it 70 miles down interstate where I purchased my vehicle. It is still under warranty. This is not my first bad dealing with this dealership. Thought I would give it another try but guess my gut was right. I will NEVER use them again!!!!
