Its the best dealership ever! Feels like family!
Check engine light came on recently. Took truck to AutoZone to check. It is the catalytic converter. I did some research for recalls. Guess what? It's covered under special warranty! YES! Took it to Chevy service this morning and they are ordering parts to fix it! Service dept always very nice and helpful and honest! Excellent customer service!
Our Tahoe broke down December 30, on our way to Florida from Iowa. Adam at the service dept. told us, if we could get it there,they could look at it. I read the great ratings thought our prayers were answered. We called a tow to deliver our Tahoe to the Prince automotive. We are still stranded in Florida, our Tahoe in Valdosta, GA.
