The salesmen are nice guys but once it came time that my car needed to be fixed the guys working the service department gave us a very hard time. They were extremely rude & inconsiderate every time I needed my car fixed. Not to mention I've had this car for only 1 year & it's had to be put in a shop at least 3 times & broke down several times as well. I could go on & on about the things they've done to me. Needless to say, I will never buy another car from prince automotive again.
