Today ,our GMC Sierra was pulling our RV when we lost the power assist to the brakes. So grateful that this happened 5 miles from Prince dealership!! The phone was answered by a well informed and super friendly gal who after hearing our issue knew what most likely was wrong. Within a minute of arriving they confirmed it and said and they had the new vacuum pump in stock. She immediately got with the Service Mgr. and he was able to get a GREAT mechanic on it immediately! This was, by far, the best purchasing experience I've had. Brandon was AMAZING at handling everything. There was no pressure or up sells. Took the truck for a test drive alone, which was great. He also made sure that I was familiar with all the features and controls before I left. I will be back for future buys and services. The managers Robert and Jay also made sure everything went smoothly. I felt like royalty.
