Dr Chan took the time to explain answers to all my questions. I did not feel like he was rushing to his next appointment. He was very thorough in his explanation of diagnosis and treatment, the pros and cons of different treatments and his recommendations. I was very impressed by Dr Chan and would highly recommend him.
It was just a short visit for X-Rays and Dr taking a look at the cyst to be removed.
Dr Chan is always a pleasure to visit with, he shows compassion and concern and explains the details to make you at ease whether it's a follow up visit and a scheduled surgery.
I loved how they explained everything made us feel welcome and was very professional. I feel my son's best interests are safe in Mr Chans hands. The rest of the staff was very helpful and felt like we was in good hands from the beginning.
I really like the way they just say the way it is I don’t like people to beat around the bush. I really appreciate the way they just tell you.
