I feel very cared for with Dr Chan and his PA, Tony. They are compassionate, professional and never make me feel rushed or stressed. I am very grateful to have found them. I will not go to anyone else and have referred friends and family to their office.
Very efficient and prompt. Everything explained prior to surgery. Went as planned without a hitch .
Dr Chan and Tony explained what was going on with my shoulder. I received 2 injections and completed OT as they ordered. My shoulder pain has resolved. I'm very pleased with the care I received.
He was very knowledgeable and was upfront about what we should do. Very professional and polite.
Dr Chan is very easy to understand and is a very detailed doctor.
Overbooked appointments, long wait times, delayed giving results for testing for 5 weeks while I was in pain, made false promises for surgery to relieve pain, offered injections to 'treat' my issue that was falsely diagnosed, and left me feeling like I'm crazy for feeling intense pain that 'shouldn't be caused by a cyst.' Nurses were great. My pain is still present. I will not be returning.
Signs of instructions were displayed very well.
Tony & Dr. Chan are great! Tony always does a great job when he gives injections.
Dr. Chan has done 2 surgeries for me now. I can't recommend him enough. He does an excellent job, has great bedside manner, and takes the time to answer all of your questions. His appointments were running behind, and he apologized to me twice for the delay. I'm not sure I've ever had physician do that before!
