What stood out in my visit was the compassion and caring of the provider and willness to answer all questions in an understandable and timely way. I appreciated everyone that I came into contact with on the visit. Thank you so much for what you do.
They explained my shoulder issues so i could understand them and are helping me deal with the pain without surgery to correct my problem. I was very pleased.
He had a plan of action made as soon as he saw what I needed
The doctor listened and gave me options for my injured finger. He was very kind , but to the point. I left the appointment with awesome results.
I went in for arthritis in my thumb joint. His pa gave me an injection that hurt like heck but it has helped since. Dr Chan was super personable and knowledgeable.
Had a similar surgery with him in 2009. Wonderful person and knew I could ask any questions I might have.
Surgery and recovery process was well explained and followed. Dr. Chen and his team were all very nice.
Dr Chan is an excellent surgeon who genuinely cares about his patients
I saw Dr. Chan for a carpal tunnel procedure. I was happy with the results, so went back to him again for the other arm's carpal tunnel procedure. I found him to be an excellent resource. He was very good about answering my questions. At a different time, I went to a walk-in clinic to investigate a painful wrist. I learned that I had an unexpected wrist bone fracture. So I sought out Dr. Chan again to advise me and to also line up some physical therapy. The fracture has healed very nicely witout residual pain.
