My appointment today for a shoulder injection was all good - from being greeted and checked in immediately, to the staff preparing the injections, and Tony! Tony is a great educator and has a gentle and accurate technique for injection.
Dr Chan was vey honest, gave me a recommendation, assured me that moving forward with his recommendation would improve the outcome of my situation, Appreciated his honesty.
Dr Chan is very professional and explained everything so I could understand the procedure.
He was very strait forward with his explanation of my symptoms and what to expect after treatment.
He is friendly and I felt like he really cared about me and my surgery. He is an excellent surgeon.
