His resident came in first to do the assessment and he had a gentle touch. They explained. everything in terms I understood. They answered every question and they didn't rush through the appointment. Surgery was scheduled for 2 weeks. Wonderful experience.
Check in was efficient. Met with PA Tony for steroid injections to 1 thumb and 1 shoulder. Was handled quickly and professionally.
Is this my first time to see the doctor he he and his his physician and training was very nice. Explained everything about what’s going on with my wrist gave me the options of getting a shot today or waiting to see if it helps clear up on its own, he did tell me to not wear my brace 24 seven so cause I it’s weakening my wrist so I need to let that stay off as long as I can only wear what I said to wear it when I am doing a lot of lifting Other than that I had a good good thing with him. I did t see Dr. Chan. His P.A. saw me and he is very good. Very informative, takes the time to explain things to you.
Initial consult for hand problem. Dr Chan was very professional, knowledgeable and helpful to explain my condition, possible solutions and was very helpful.
They work quickly and effectively.
Didn’t get much of a doctor response to my needs After describing my pain- Doctor shrugged his shoulders and said ‘ what do you want me to do? I don’t know what to do! My response was Be a doctor and help me !
Dr Chan took the time for me to explain my situation and is very attentive.
Great experience everytime I go. Usually in and out and they explain everything well and answer any questions you may have. Great team
