I am utterly appalled by the conduct of the staff at this GP practice, particularly the reception team. Throughout the past year, my grandfather—who was bedbound—repeatedly requested a home visit, yet not once did the GP attend. Instead, we were continually dismissed and fobbed off by Wendy, one of the receptionists, who showed no compassion or urgency despite his vulnerable condition.
