The one Receptionist rude thinks she can talk down to patients, I manged to get an appointment where again the reception was stand offish, she even hung up on me when I was talking, I came out feeling worse than when I went in, this is happening every day it needs to stop, jobs worth

Worst gp ever been trying to get a chest xray for ages and im constantly being told they will speak to the doctor took my son up a few weeks ago and got told it wasn’t that bad what he had and gave him steroids and an inhaler later that night I had to rush my son up the hospital for pneumonia and had to be put on oxygen if anybody goes to this gp and has kids id advise you to go to a different gp
Worst GP ever!!! Tried so many times to book an appoinment for my baby with fever 42 and nothing, they don't care!!!
