Gisella Grande in Cream The most gorgeous leather bag which has exceeded all my expectations. Securely boxed in lots of tissue paper it almost feels like a Mary Poppins bag as I can fit everything I need including a coat stand ( kidding) into it. What a fabulous online experience! Well done Paul & Ang, it's a first to have had a personal video thanking me for the order, & then a beautifully handwritten note in the parcel. Ang was super helpful with sizing & it all came free & next day! Free returns if it's not quite right. It felt very personal & I felt a very appreciated customer.
