We have been dealing with the Commissions Team in Primis over a number of months regarding some fairly large cases. Abbie Marsh, in particular, is always pleasant and importantly for us, does what she says she'll do. Excellent service and never had any problems and loads of help! I also wanted to highlight the fees team in particular; the are super efficient and i cannot remember a time when they have not solved my issues within an hour of my email being sent! Never known any other department or company that is this good!
