Came out to look at the problem, said he will get back to us in a few days - that was 9 days ago. Advertise that no job to small. I would like tradesmen when they come to look at a job, and if they are not interested the could just tell us that it is not a job they wish to do instead of keeping us waiting for a phone call

I can’t comment on the quality of their work as we never got that far. The owner came round to look at a chimney repair, it wasn’t a large job but reasonably urgent as I had water ingress into the house, he talked a good game and he said he would get a quote out to me the following week. Excellent job done. Very efficient, came out assessed our home in Bearsden, looked at the problem and had completed the job within 14 days of assessing. Also included clearing our gutters as well as repairing and cleaning our roof tiles. Would highly recommend.

Worked for this company and I would highly recommend that no one use them. Corners cut all the time. The owner is clueless and doesn’t have a clue. The “contracts manager” if you wish to call him that is also clueless and tries to overcharge people. They have a policy of £160 plus VAT for any job and that job could take literally 2 minutes and that’s their charge which is a rip off. I wont attempt to judge the quality of roofing works conducted by this firm as I am not knowledgable enough to give a legitimate opinion, however all other aspects of my experience with them were poor. I found them at best extremely unreliable and disorganised, and at worst just plain dishonest. Communications throughout the job were non existent, and ultimately evasive when tougher questons were asked.
