Awful experience with Prime Residential - when we moved in, the flat was full of the previous owners belongings and very dirty, with no attempt from Prime Residential to clean or empty it beforehand. They did not help and we had to spend days cleaning it enough to bring our own things in. We had issues with water coming out of the FUSE BOX and they did not return our calls or attempts to help. If firefighters and ambulances were first responders, Becky Finn and Alessandra Spadaro would be last responders. Simple letting processes being dragged on due to their inability to respond to simple queries and send key information on time. My condolences if anyone else has to deal with these 2 “agents”
