I would avoid at all costs. This company cost me my sanity and considering I’m a new mom this was a horrible experience. I had to beg them for my deposit and it only got released 25 days after I moved out. Mind you I called almost everyday with no call backs and I would get emails here and there. I had to chase and beg for MY OWN MONEY! AVOID PRIME RESIDENTIAL for your own sanity!

The whole Manchester team at Prime Residential are a lovely bunch – they were on top of everything throughout the entire process, and very professional and helpful. I had a really good experience with Prime Residential in Manchester while searching for a flat during the busy student period when it’s an absolute nightmare.
