Absoulte joke a property management team. Always rude whenever i had to call them. Never helped when we had serious issues with the property and was told to go do it yourself.
Rudest company I have ever come across. Shouldn’t be in customer service.
My experience is I feel looked after. Any faults I contact by email and its sorted literally the next day. I am grateful for everything .
Rented with them for 14 years and always found them helpful and quick to respond to issues withing the property .
