I contacted Prime regarding a key replacement. I received a prompt reply to my email from Amy-Rose. She was friendly and efficient and I received my replacement key quickly
Excellent Customer Service from Becca Smith! As Landlords of an Exchange Apartment in Connnections and recent tenancy change after many years, we had questions regards parking permits, communal entrance/post box keys, bin access, etc. All expertly answered by Becca in a timely and professional manner. Very approachable and pleasant to deal with!
