My experience of Prime was very positive. Had reservations at first as I hadn't used a property auction company before. Prime were recommended to me and I would recommend to others. They got me a price I was happy with and a cash buyer too! Jonny Hillcoat in particular was very helpful and reassured me he would get a good price for me. The best thing for me was the security of knowing the buyer has paid deposit therefore it takes away the worry of the buyer pulling out.Â
Happy with the service . Would have been better if I had known that I had to pay the buyers feeÂ
