Hannah is excellent at what she does. Having spent time with Hannah in her pregnancy yoga class I then used her service to help with recovery from my C-section after having my first baby in November 2023. I was able to significantly improve the healing of my C-section scar and the issues surrounding tightness and sensitivity. I had a lovely pregnancy massage from Hannah last week. She made me feel comfortable when I first arrived and I felt listened to when talking about the aches and pains of pregnancy. The massage made me feel so relaxed and calm. I would definitely recommend!

Excellent professional service. Training for nine months and with 3 weeks to go before my Marathon my knee started playing up. Hannah pin pointed the issue straight away with a full assessment. She was warm and friendly and gave clear and useful advice. I left with my knee feeling better and the session allowed me to continue to run with confidence.
