I have to say Prime Ford is top notch!! Darren Chisholm is the sales rep you want to see, he's extremely professional and very helpful in helping someone find what is best for them. Some sales representatives will try and sell you what puts the most $$$ in their wallet but I honestly believe Darren is there to find what the customer wants. David Blanchard and his sales staff are also top notch. As I stand here after 3 weeks of them having my vehicle they still cannot diagnose what could potentially be associated with the transmission ..... they are sending me out the door. I’m told to let them know if it continues or becomes more persistent. Not so sure that after 3 weeks I feel this is satisfactory nor do I feel it’s right!
Everything!!! The salesman and everyone were so helpful and really worked hard to get us a loan. And to make sure the truck was what we wanted! I love Stacy and the the guys that take care of any problem or questions I have about my explorer! And I didn’t buy it there. The best I’ve ever been treated!!!
I had scheduled my appointment on-line, after not receiving a confirmation, I then called and scheduled my appointment for Saturday 1:00 via phone which I received email confirmation and reminder. I get there Saturday for 1:00 and they do not have me scheduled. They did accommodate me and were able to get me in for my regular service. All in all the overall service at Prime Ford Saco has just gone down hill since I bought m first vehicle with them. brought my can in to be diagnosed and the radiator fluid flushed. Next thing I know I'm getting hit with a $1,000 dollar bill for diagnostics. bit expensive if you ask me. They should have gave me some idea that it would be over a $1,000 dollars. They didn't say a work till the damage was done. I own a construction business, if I did that to a customer I would probably be on the news the next day!

Buying a car....who likes that whole process? Nobody really. With that said, I worked with Pete Macridis from the sales team and he was just great! He made it effortless, painless and we were done in short order. Very unassuming, polite and low key. I would highly recommend him for someone looking to buy. Oh, and I love my new ride! 🚗😊
