Visiting from out of town and needed an oil change... bill came and $120 for an oil change!!!! Outrageous!! I refused to pay it and said I have never in my life paid that much for an oil change. I pay half that at my normal dealership. They then applied a $20 off coupon. Buyer beware! Ask what you are paying before they perform the service.

I posted on Westbrook Community Board to ask where to buy a car . Prime was mentioned first and several people recommended Mike Meyers and he responded with his contact info so I went ahead and contacted him . Prime ford has lost my business. When I purchased my car 4 years ago, I paid over $2000 for a warranty on the vehicle, and have been bringing it in for oil changes every 5k miles. However, their service department didn't know I was a "Prime for Life" warranty customer, and did not perform the tire rotations required to keep my warranty valid.
