On a Road Trip and our Focus malfunctioned! One of the service members talked to us calmly on the phone and directed us to their service center that was less then 2 miles away. They were able to diagnose the problem and fix it in about 1.5 hours! Everyone staff member we encountered was super friendly. Thank you!!

Purchased a new F150 Lariat today. Salesman was Keith Landrigan and he’s very knowledgeable on the products Prime sells. Had a good experience there today compared to the experience I had at Yankee Ford on Tuesday. That’s another story, if you want to read my review go to there Facebook page under reviews. I’m picking up my new truck on Saturday and pray that everything goes well. I’ll write another reviews after all is said and done. I’m sure it’s going to be a good one.

When I purchased my car in 2018 I had a sales rep argue with me about the cleanliness of the car I was planning to purchase. I assumed cars were usually cleaned very well prior to purchase but much to my dismay this was not the case.
