I have only had my car for 6 1/2 months and I have had to bring it in 4x now costing over 800 dollars. The worst part was when they told me my brakes in the rear were metal to metal!!! 🤬 None of this should be happening. The absolute worst part about the whole experience was Allen in services and who worked on my car. He was rude and very argumentative towards me and my family. Gave false claims of what my car actually needed done. Attempted to charge $85+ to change a $6 license plate bulb. Every time we make an appointment, it takes at least 3 hours..even for a simple oil change. Regret purchasing a vehicle here and have yet to ever feel special or valued. Instead I feel like I can’t trust them and will have future work done somewhere smaller and trustworthy.
I just made my sixth vehicle purchase at Prime Ford. I even tested the waters, and returned. Dave Blanchard and his team do a great job making the process seem less painful. Thanks
