Had 50,000 mile checkup and state inspection today. Also, got 4 new tires ordered and appointment scheduled to have them installed. Excellent service as always! Have bought 2 vehicles here and will be buying another in a couple years. Absolutely loved my experience with Lillian. She was really great with communications as I was away for work a lot and I live 3 hours from Prime. She made everything very smooth and was flexible to my schedule. Once we could make it down to Saco she made sure to streamline everything. She had the vehicles we were interested in all set for us to see and test drive and was extremely knowledgable about the particular models we were looking at. Darren Chisholm was and has always been awesome to deal with when it comes to vehicles. He us NOT a salesman, he's a freind with vehicle knowledge that always has your best interests in mind! You don't get the "best deal of the day" you get a deal custom to you because you are not SOLD, you are let to make an informed decision. You are assisted with knowledge and creative ways to get what you want pretty painlessly, I might add! Would I refer Darren? I would and have numerous times! You have a gem there.
