It was the easiest thing I think I ever have had to deal with in regards to cars! Usually I avoid dealerships but we will gladly go back to Saco Prime Ford!
I had a fantastic experience. Mike Puglesi was a great salesperson to work with. He cut to the chase and didn't waste my time, yet took the time to explain the details and answer my questions thoroughly. We struck a deal without a lot of hassle. The credit experience with Mike (credit Mike, not sales Mike) was smooth sailing. Before today, I dreaded car shopping but after this experience, I'll always return to Prime.
It's been about 8 years since I last purchased a car. Mike Pugliesi was very helpful in finding a car that fits my family's needs. The lot has a great layout and inventory. Over all great experience, will be back when I'm in the market for another car.
Had appt for oil change on our RV. they made a scheduling error. Check in at service very rude ..and enough said.

Brought my girlfriends Mazda 6 in to get a wheel bearing,pads, rotors,hub assembly, and an inner fender well done. Picked the car up after 1200$ worth of work was done and the car drove 10x worse then before we dropped it off. Not to mention then inner fender well was never installed, even tho she was charged for labor and the part. Would NEVER recommend this company. Very unimpressed with there customer service and how they handled the situation.
