Sold me a vehicle with a broken door latch...then told me to just bring it in. I drove 170 miles and missed a whole day of work..only to be told as soon as I walked in that were sorry..we can't help you...it's past 30 days. Even though they sold me the broken vehicle. I will tell everyone my story..I have a lot of customers

Never buying or leasing a car with Ford ever again! They won’t take ownership for a lease that is having gas mileage problems and won’t consider it a lemon car . They don’t even seem to be able to refund me the money in the gas I have spent . There customer service center is very rude and had me on hold for over 40 minutes before I gave up holding . Very unprofessional !!!! They need to get their act together and be there for their customers!
