First time appt with this practice, office, staff and doctor. Very pleased with everything. Punctual, friendly, caring. Saw Dr Jamil with my 97+ yr old father, to review a variety of test results ordered by others. He was very informative, personable and did his best to allay my father’s concerns. Very very helpful! Thank you! SLM. 1/12/25.

Do not recommend this office. Dr. Batra is nice to her patients but the office is a mess. No communication, hard to schedule, will not prescribe meds without seeing you even if you're a patient, but then has no openings. Seek a primary care elsewhere.

Super sweet staff and doctors (Dr Batra is a gem!) but my God do they need to renovate and clean. The waiting room and office are horribly dated, dingy, and rundown… carpets stained and in need of vacuuming, discolored chairs and tables that look like they’ve been there since the 90s, a sad plastic christmas tree on a table (at the end of May??) It’s really frustrating as a patient getting so much push back from admin without even attempting to assist. I call to ask for medical records and I’m getting spoken over and told no before i can even finish my sentence. Like if I was able to get the information without going through admin don’t you think i would?? My APRN is amazing but the lady with the carribean accent that answers the phone needs better training.
