Gave false claims of what my car actually needed done. Attempted to charge $85+ to change a $6 license plate bulb. Every time we make an appointment, it takes at least 3 hours..even for a simple oil change. Regret purchasing a vehicle here and have yet to ever feel special or valued. Instead I feel like I can’t trust them and will have future work done somewhere smaller and trustworthy.
