RecommendedBuying a car....who likes that whole process? Nobody really. With that said, I worked with Pete Macridis from the sales team and he was just great! He made it effortless, painless and we were done in short order. Very unassuming, polite and low key. I would highly recommend him for someone looking to buy. Oh, and I love my new ride! 🚗😊
I normally loath large car dealerships, but that was not the case here. My salesmen, Joe Frechette, was awesome. He was professional and proficient without being pushy or aggressive (something many car salesmen don’t get). If you’re going to Prime, go to Joe; my homey will hook it up.
I just bought a new car at Prime Ford in Saco, ME and had the best experience ever at a dealership. The service was on point and they didn’t sugar coat number or pressure me into anything. I would totally recommend anyone that is looking for a new vehicle, to go check them out.
Very positive experience. It was my first time buying a car at a dealership and it was very easy and pleasant. I worked with Joe Frechette who was easy to talk to and informative. Joe didn’t try to over sell me and listened to what I had to say and wanted. They were able to work with my finances and got me a great deal for a vehicle that I love. I would highly recommend this dealership!

I generally like this dealership. However, $60. for an oil change is outrageous! They also wanted to replace an engine filter and charge me 50.00. I just had it replaced and paid 25.00. Again, outrageous. They no longer wash and vacuum cars because they say that cars were getting scratched with the brushes they were using. Hmm. They wash your purchased car before you pick it up. Hmm again. Suggestion: Just because lying is normal in society today, you should not lie to your customers. They know.
