I have to say Prime Ford is top notch!! Darren Chisholm is the sales rep you want to see, he's extremely professional and very helpful in helping someone find what is best for them. Some sales representatives will try and sell you what puts the most $$$ in their wallet but I honestly believe Darren is there to find what the customer wants. David Blanchard and his sales staff are also top notch. Great service!
As I stand here after 3 weeks of them having my vehicle they still cannot diagnose what could potentially be associated with the transmission ..... they are sending me out the door. I’m told to let them know if it continues or becomes more persistent. Not so sure that after 3 weeks I feel this is satisfactory nor do I feel it’s right!
