Beware when you buy anything at this place. The buying process may go well, but when you have issues with your care like I have been having since I bought it they will not take ownership. Selling a car with a sunroof that pours water into the inside of your car is not okay! Issues are never fixed properly, they just jerry rig your vehicle to buy themselves time so it’s not their problem and you are stuck dealing with and paying for it. Save yourself time and money and go somewhere else. This place is a joke!

Peter was for sure a friendly face to see when I walked into Prime Ford. His interest was to know exactly what I was looking for and to make sure I was comfortable and got exactly what I wanted and needed. He made the car buying process a lot easier then I thought it could ever be. He was a great person to work with and definitely made me feel welcomed!
Bought a car Saturday, a 2015 Honda cr-v. A lease vehicle with 26,000 miles . Lease cars are taken care of so the leasee doesn’t have to pay for extra wear and tear. Often the maintenance is included in the pricing.
Prime knows how to take care of their people. We had a couple bumps, but they took care of them and were speedy about getting them done. They really helped me out and I was happy to have worked with them. I appreciate what they have done for me. I’m glad I went to Prime Ford for my car. They really do have the best deal.

Matt Therrien was great to work with. We sat down and discussed my needs and he figured out what would be best for me. He wasn’t like any other sales person I had dealt with. He was compassionate and was really focused on what worked best for me and didn’t try to sell me a car that I didn’t want. Prime Ford is the place to go!
