Prime ford has lost my business. When I purchased my car 4 years ago, I paid over $2000 for a warranty on the vehicle, and have been bringing it in for oil changes every 5k miles. However, their service department didn't know I was a "Prime for Life" warranty customer, and did not perform the tire rotations required to keep my warranty valid. I have only had my car for 6 1/2 months and I have had to bring it in 4x now costing over 800 dollars. The worst part was when they told me my brakes in the rear were metal to metal!!! 🤬 None of this should be happening. The absolute worst part about the whole experience was Allen in services and who worked on my car. He was rude and very argumentative towards me and my family.
