Gareth was very friendly and professional. He came to provide a quote beforehand, explaining clearly what needed to be done. sump pump inspection Our sump pump alarm had went off, and needed to be investigated, Garath was extremely helpful and assisted us within 24hours. Great communication, friendly and reliable. Would massively recommend!!

Prime flow arrived on time , & Gareth called beforehand to advise of time. Both Gareth & Charlie were polite, respectful, & informative. Gareth explained what was going to be done & gave the price beforehand, which was reasonable & competitive. They found lumps of concrete in our soil pipe, cleared them with jet hose, ensured both drains were clear, & replaced the drain covers.
