I would not recommend Prime Agents to my worst enemy. They try to pressure future tenants into paying first and last month's rent BEFORE signing (or even being given) tenancy agreements - this is not normal practice for reputable letting agents. They also try to take holding deposits and say that they cannot guarantee that you will get the property. They bend the information they have given you and then slowly change it by using a sense of urgency. I suspect other reviews are potentially by friends/family of the agency. Bewa... read more

I have known this agent since 2008 and with the highest standard and most reliable service that provides therfore didn't wanted to look else where, staff are always helpful and and a warm atmosphere place who listens your needs ither renting or letting .

Prime Estate agents have managed my property for almost 10 years. During this time they have provided a first class service. Maintenance issues have been dealt with efficiently and at reasonable rates. They have provided inventories and also managed to secure regular rent increases. Kazi and his colleagues are extremely helpful and I would not hesitate to recommend them.
