I order an item through B&Q. Prime failed to deliver the item correctly and B&Q instructed prime to give a full refund. Prime refused too issue the refund. This indicates prime electrical are not a company to be trusted and do not uphold their contract agreements.
Love that I had to pay the return postage out of my own pocket. Nice one.
