I am extremely disappointed with Prime Collection. I am the former tenant of flat No. 3 , 15 Portman Square and have been in ongoing discussions with the landlord regarding the return of my deposit. Throughout this process, Harry from Prime Collection was copied into all email correspondence, yet I received no support or response from him whatsoever. I have been deceived into signing a contract with a flat through this agency. They assured me I would be protected and could break lease if I encountered mice. Our building is infested with rodents and we see them in our beds. They take almost 2000 pounds for a tiny studio with black mould, mice and zero services. I wish I could break my lease and move out. Please do not rent through these guys and do not trust them.
