Arranged an appt for a 2015 Chevy Malibu, and as I drove up the car was running awaiting my arrival in the parking lot. Joel, the salesman, instantly approached me and took the necessary info (license) in order for me to test drive. This was my first time buying a car so I asked if I could test drive it to a mechanic which was instantly approved! I have brought my brand new Sierra in 4 times now for a transmission issue that I have caught on video multiple times. The truck falls out of gear when shifting to 3rd sporadically, leaving me unable to speed up. Prime has done nothing to identify the issue claiming that they can't do anything until they replicate the issue even though the last two times the truck has had this issue, their transmission guy has been on vacation or too busy to look at it.
