Mark and the entire team went above and beyond to make sure I was 100% satisfied with my new truck, to the point of replacing the first truck with a second due to a minor issue we had with an aftermarket install. This is purchase no. 5 with Prime and wont be the last.
We went in this afternoon to look at a 2018 Terrain. We worked with Kyle who was very friendly, down to earth, and eased our minds about the purchasing process. I honestly hate going to car dealerships and dealing with the sales process. I usually feel like I’m being taken advantage of, but that was not the case today.
