Excellent service for my GMC Acadia. Courteous and accommodating personnel. Beautiful facility that was clean with a very nice waiting area with beverages and snacks. Excellent communication with service department. Problem fixed in a timely way.
I had my oil changed and got a state inspection. There was some confusion regarding the oil change cost. I brought it up to the service adviser, McHenry Noel , who contacted Justin Copsetta the sales consultant and he explained the discrepancy about my free oil change. The general manager Robert McAuliffe said he would take care of it. They were very helpful. Bob Ring
