Paid cash for a “newer” 2015 used car and took delivery from our salesperson. Shortly thereafter and right before closing that day, the car failed MA state inspection at the dealership. The salesperson had left the dealership so I had no one to discuss the problem with. I have 2 new vehicles from this dealership. First, the sales team was excellent, Peter was outstanding. Second, I have brought both cars in for service and never had an issue with the quality of workmanship or having the work done as quoted both in price and time to finish. Prime is what customer service is all about, starting with Kate one of the best customer service rep’s I have ever met.
Called to have roof racks installed on my Yukon XL, called, drove there, had them installed within an hour. Service department was quick, professional, and high quality. Thank you!
I have always had a good experience with this dealership I just brought my 2016 GMC Sierra pickup in for an oil change and they found and did a recalled software update while it was in the shop . They washed the truck and all is good. The staff in the service department are very nice ... took the time to explain everthing to me and showed me a computer diagnosis check on the truck showing all is good.
I have been dealing with Prime Buick for over 10 years and I can never be more pleased at the level of service they have provided. Whether it was purchasing a car 10 years ago or leasing our last 2 cars from them they have always been awesome. Everyone from Ravi,Dennis,Adam and especially Kate in service.
