Worked with Dennis Growbowski out of the Hanover dealership. Huge disappointment. He began to process my paperwork snd promised me a vehicle from another location, then didn’t tell me it was sold until over a week later. Now I don’t have the vehicle and I have a hard hit on my credit. Kyle Fernandes - So, I've been to several dealers, preferring to stay away from them but needing to test drive to narrow things down. We had a wonderful experience with Prime Buick GMC. We had an issue with our truck (it basically wouldn't turn off), and Kaitlyn at Prime Buick was more than understanding and extremely accommodating. She not only got the problem solved, but also helped get us a loaner car that was amazing. She has great customer service, and was extremely helpful!
Recently we went to Prime GMC to look at purchasing a new car. We were lucky enough to have Kyle Fernandes meet us on the lot. Kyle was incredible! He was patient and understanding. After finding the right vehicle, we went to see Alex in the finance department. He was also incredible. They both were able to to take care of my husband and I; including getting our payments down to where we wanted them to be. We could not be more impressed with the team at Prime GMC!
