spent 6 hrs buying a new vehicle. bait and switch 2020 to 2021 . got the deal done after all the bs. then wait for inspection sticker and registration . they could not read my wife's 7 year old plates form 60 ft away. what a crock . stay far away from there service department .
Bought a truck and it didn’t come with what they advertised and when they were called on it they said it was a typo, no that’s false advertising a typo is when you misspell something! They said they would put a top of the line hitch on the truck and gave me a piece of crap from auto zone. It took them well over a month to get me my registration. Worst dealership around, I would NEVER do business there again!!!!
Stay away from these crooks. Bait & switch. Never again.

They should have honored my free oil change that came with my lease or told me when I made the appointment that it was "expired"
I just got my second lease with Prime Buick GMC. I worked with Mike McInnis who was SO helpful in helping me choose not only which car, but which option (lease or buy) would be best for me. He always answered all my questions big and small, followed up with me to check in and did his best to work with my budget. Hes the best!
Had been texting with Sara in regards to a used car I saw online to schedule a time to come in and test drive. Came in on a Tuesday afternoon and met with Jason. Awesome guy to work with as very relatable and personable. Answered everything I had questions about and solidified the deal without any hassle. Great and easy experience all around. I’ll definitely recommend Jason at Prime Buick GMC to anyone I know looking for a car!
Came in on a Wednesday night after work to look at a used explorer and met with Kevin. Great guy to work with. Had a very pleasurable experience. Very easy to get ahold of and very responsive to any questions. I definitely will be recommending Kevin to anyone I know looking for a vehicle!
